Abstract: Statistical analysis of hydrological/meteorological parameters – Bosna River Basin in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
According to the instructions of the World Meteorological Organization and the legal obligations of conducting hydrological monitoring in the Sava River Basin District in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the "Sava River Watershed Agency Sarajevo" has been conducting, planning and organizing hydrometric measurements at its hydrological stations for many years. Additionally, the Federal Hydro-Meteorological Institute performs hydrological and meteorological monitoring at its stations. Taking into account the above information, and the fact that the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) has defined "basic" climatic and hydrological series in the interval of 30 years (1961-1990 and 1991-2020), hydrological/meteorological data for the last two basic series (1961-1990 and 1991-2020) were completed for Sava River Basin, with an exception with regard to the period 1991-2000. The study includes statistical analyses that are typical for the analysis of climatological and hydrological parameters. The analysis was performed at three meteorological stations (MS Sarajevo, MS Zenica and MS Tuzla) and three hydrological stations (HS Maglaj, river Bosna; HS Zavidovići, river Krivaja and HS Olovo, river Krivaja), which have the longest series of observations in the Bosna River Basin. The analysis results obtained for the series 1991-2020 will serve as the basis for analyzing the new series 2021-2050, just as the series from 1961-1990 served as the basis for analyzing the series 1991-2020 in this study.

Abstract: Microtoponymy of Vogošća
The paper deals with the microtoponomasticon of the Sarajevo municipality of Vogošća from the linguistic aspect. The toponyms are accentuated on the basis of a conversation with the informant and classified according to their formal and semantic features. Based on the conducted research, it was concluded that the microtoponomasticon of Vogošća was developed and the further directions of development of this microtoponomasticon were indicated.

Abstract: Correlation between air temperature and SO2 pollutant in the city of Skopje
The aim of this scientific research study is to analyze the temperature as a climatic factor in the city of Skopje in correlation with the concentration of SO2 air pollutant. In order to establish the correlation between the two variables, to that effect, the first analysis was made in order to show the average monthly and annual air temperatures, which was followed by an analysis of the average monthly values of SO2 air pollutant, by collecting and processing the data captured at the air quality monitoring stations located in the city of Skopje for a ten-year period (2012-2021). The analysis of temperature as a climate factor in correlation with SO2 pollutant was made in the of Skopje, due to the fact that the country's largest population resides in this city but also that air pollutants of all types of pollution sources are present there. The Pearson method was used to establish the correlation between the air temperature and the presence of SO2 pollutant, which confirmed the influence of air temperature on the concentrations of SO2 pollutant in the air. More specifically, the results show a negative correlation, which had its peak in the winter season.

Abstract: The role of museums in the tourist offer of the city Sarajevo
The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of museums in the tourist offer of Sarajevo. The main goal of this study is to explore the degree of influence that museums may have in creating tourist offers and the extent to which they contribute to the possibility of a stronger and more competitive tourism development in Sarajevo. This study carries out the tourist resource evaluatoin for museums and makes an analysis of museum visits. The study has used a quantitative research approach. The link to the survey was distributed via Facebook, one of the leading social networks, through which an easier access was provided to a larger number of respondents. Additionally, the survey was conducted in person, where a short interview was conducted with tourists, after which all answers were recorded in a similar way. The results of the study show the level of satisfaction with visits to the museums of the city of Sarajevo. A considerable number of respondents have noted that they visited museums during their stay in Sarajevo and that they visited some of them more than once. The conducted analysis shows clearly that tourists are highly satisfied with the contents offered by the museums and the way they work. The main reason for these visits was of an educational character with the desire to learn something new about this city's history, culture, and customs and to gain new experiences.

Abstract: The patterns of depopulation in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Spatial autocorrelation analysis
Depopulation is one of the key contemporary demographic challenges for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Adverse demographic trends are causing various problems for Bosnian society and its economy, affecting the national and local labor markets, the public pension system, education, the public health system, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the spatial patterns of depopulation in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to identify the areas of the country that are particularly vulnerable to negative demographic trends and to identify the factors that may be contributing to these trends. A geospatial analysis of depopulation was carried out by using global and local indices of spatial autocorrelation. To identify spatial patterns of depopulation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the study used the data on the total population change, natural population change, the vital index, the ageing index, and the ageing coefficient for the period 2013-2021 at the municipal level. The findings of this study can serve as a basis for future demographic research and the demographic development of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Abstract: Population characteristics and structure of Türkiye
Türkiye's population figures, initially recorded at 13.6 million during the first population census in 1927, have since surged to 86 million today. Policies aimed at encouraging population growth were pursued actively from 1927 to 1960, shaping Türkiye's demographic landscape. However, a shift occurred in the post-1960 era, where it was deemed imperative to curtail population growth due to its perceived adverse effects on the country's development. This kind approach to its demographic policy prevailed until 2007 when policies favoring population growth were reinstated. This study spans from 1927, marking Türkiye's first official population census, to the present day. The study deals with numerous demographic aspects such as the changing population figure dynamics, growth rates, birth and death statistics, gender distributions, and age demographics over the period from the first 1927 population census to the present. Additionally, a concerted effort is made in this study to delineate the population's segmentation into rural and urban zones, to show reasons prompting its population to transition from rural to urban settings, present the environmental impacts of these migrations, and unravel the intricate relationships between the causes and effects of these migrations. The scope of the study extends beyond a mere record of internal population movements, to include also the records about emigrations from Türkiye to foreign countries and immigrations from those countries back to Türkiye. The study investigates the profound effects of these migrations on social and economic life. Without any doubt, this study will discuss population policies implemented at different times, in terms of their varying impacts on this process and the resulting effects of these policies. Furthermore, the study makes future projections about the future demographic trends in Türkiye.

Abstract: Spatial distribution and density of dolines in External Dinarides of Bosnia and Herzegovina
As the distinctive features of karst terrain, dolines are frequently regarded as diagnostic indicators of karst landscapes. Since the beginning of the karst scientific research in 19th century, dolines have consistently captured the attention of geographers, geologists, and geomorphologists. Geomorphological research provides valuable knowledge about the spatial distribution of dolines, their characteristics, origin and development. These features not only serve as significant structural and geomorphological indicators, but also as indicators of karst evolution. One of the most significant and frequent research approaches in the study of dolines in modern geomorphology involves analyzing their spatial distribution. The main objective of this research is to determine the spatial distribution and density of dolines in the External Dinarides of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and make an analysis of the geological structure and morphometric features of the terrain as influential factors of distribution. A digital database was created based on a 1 : 25,000 topographic map, where points on the map denote the positions of the doline areas. The data on doline positions were manually adjusted for digital analysis, which was performed by using the ArcGIS 10.1 software package. The findings indiate that the morphometric relief parameters have a considerable impact on the distribution of dolines. Higher doline density is observed in the areas characterized by Jurassic and Cretaceous limestones within the karst plains of the middle hypsometric belt.
